Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipping is a flat rate of $14.99 per order.

Packages will ship the next business day. We keep a huge inventory and do not usually run out. But if an item is backordered, we will reach out to you via email right away to ask how you would like to handle it.

The post office advertises a shipping time of 1-3 days. Please keep in mind that we are shipping heavy packages. The packages are hard on personnel and the automated machinery, and they are routinely delayed as a result. If there is a problem with your shipment, please reach out to us via email, and we will do our best to assist. We want you to get your items as soon as possible, but to avoid stressing out before your next trip on the water, please order well in advance. If you live in a rural area or your mail carrier is not the strongest, they may ask you to come pick it up.

 

The post office's tracking system is not always the best. We drop off hundreds of pounds of packages daily. Sometimes they will scan them all in, and sometimes not. They will usually be scanned at the next distribution center, but we have seen the very first scan occur at delivery, and it never shows any movement. Due to the heavy nature of the packages, they are sometimes damaged or lost in transit. Do not fear. We will handle lost or damaged products promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.   We want to earn your repeat business.
